Deposits are generally instant. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, it will be resolved within 24 hours. Deposited funds are credited directly to your betting wallet.

Betting Bangla reserves the right to decline any deposit that appears suspicious or originating from an illegitimate source. We follow international AML guidelines to prevent money laundering.

Betting Bangla regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions — please read them carefully before claiming.

A simple way to understand wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a set number of times before withdrawal. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with 10x wagering means you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before you can withdraw.

The following rules apply to Sports Betting, Live Casino, Lottery, and Jackpot games on Betting Bangla:

• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the match or event is cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a technical error affects odds setting, betting bangla reserves the right to void the relevant bets and issue refunds.
• Live Casino game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) and are independently audited by third parties.
• In the event of a dispute over results, betting bangla's server logs will be treated as the final and conclusive evidence.

Maximum win limits may vary by game and market. Please check the maximum limit for each market before placing a bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betting bangla and will result in permanent account closure if detected:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Colluding with other members to abuse bonuses
• Money laundering or the movement of illicit funds
• Providing false identity information
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or glitches
• Abusive behaviour or threats directed at other members

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact support. Provided no terms have been violated, any remaining balance will be returned to you.

Betting Bangla takes every complaint from its members seriously. Steps for resolving a dispute:

1. Step One: Submit a complaint via live chat or at support@bettingbangla.app. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
2. Second step: If the issue remains unresolved, submit a written complaint. A full investigation will be carried out and a response provided within 72 hours.
3. Step Three: For complex disputes, an independent third-party mediation service may be used.

Betting Bangla reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via SMS to their registered mobile number.

Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.

These terms and conditions are governed in Bengali and are subject to international betting laws. The licensing authority of the platform has jurisdiction over any legal matters.
